Terms of service

Last updated 28 August 2026.

1. The service

DinnerBoost provides QR menus, guest ordering, waiter and kitchen tools, and analytics for restaurants. The restaurant remains responsible for its menu content, prices, allergen information and the fulfilment of every order.

2. Accounts

Staff accounts are personal. The restaurant owner decides who is invited and with which role, and is responsible for revoking access when someone leaves.

3. Plans and payment

Plans are Free, Menu (€29/month), Service (€49/month) and Operations (€79/month), VAT excluded for business customers. No payment provider is connected yet; paid plans are activated manually until online billing is switched on, and you will be told before any charge is possible.

4. Prices shown to guests

Menu prices displayed to guests are VAT-inclusive. DinnerBoost never adds tax on top of the displayed price and takes no commission per order.

5. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Restaurants should keep a manual fallback for taking orders.

6. Not a POS or fiscal device

DinnerBoost is an ordering and service tool. It is not a point-of-sale system, not a cash register and not a fiscal recording device, and it does not issue fiscal receipts or fiscal reports. Where national law requires fiscalisation, certified cash registers or receipt reporting, the restaurant remains solely responsible for meeting those obligations with its own certified equipment or provider.

7. Data and sub-processors

Personal data is processed under our data processing agreement, with the providers listed on the sub-processors page. We announce a new sub-processor at least 30 days before it starts processing.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or breach these terms.
